In today’s top retail news, Cox Automotive has released its Complete Retail online experience, and Pinterest is introducing an augmented reality (AR) try-on tool to help users with testing and comparing eye shadow. Plus, CVS Health has finished the first round of COVID-19 vaccines to skilled nursing facilities.

Cox Automotive Launches End-To-End Car Retail Experience

Cox Automotive has launched its Complete Retail digital experience, which allows retailers and customers to complete the shopping and buying processes in any place. The firm says it is set to connect every step of the deal procedure, with the inclusion of “start, flow, sign and close.” Cox Automotive is a subsidiary of Cox Enterprises Inc., which is based in Georgia.

Pinterest Launches Augmented Reality Eyeshadow Try-On Tool

Pinterest is debuting an AR try-on tool to assist users with evaluating and contrasting eye shadow. “The future of shopping will rely on online shopping experiences that are similar to that of in-store and complement that joy we find in browsing, seeing curated collections, and trying on products until we find what’s best for us,” the  site said in an announcement.

CVS Health Finishes First Vaccine Round For Skilled Nursing Facilities 

CVS Health has provided the first round of coronavirus vaccines to nearly 8,000 skilled nursing facilities in the country. Coronavirus vaccines will eventually be available at CVS Pharmacy locations across the country “subject to product availability and prioritization of populations” through a federal collaboration, according to an announcement.
