A new analysis from research firm Rystad Energy finds 120,000 jobs were lost in the U.S. oil and gas industry last year. The U.S., the third-biggest employer in the sector globally, saw the number of jobs in the industry decline to around 960,000 in 2020. The biggest job cutters were BP, Shell and Exxon.

Kayak, a platform that can be used to search for flights, trains, stays, and packages is expanding into the hotel business. The Kayak Miami Beach will open its doors on April 11. The Miami Beach hotel, which Kayak said will be “tech-forward,”  features a wrap-around public rooftop.
